The short version: Every tool is free to try in full before you buy, so you know exactly what you're getting. Because the tools are digital and delivered instantly, sales are generally final — but if your purchase is broken or not as described, email us and we'll fix it or refund it.
Little Sums tools are digital products, delivered as a download right after checkout.
Try before you buy
Before paying for anything, you can use the complete tool, free, as a live demo. This isn't a teaser — it's the whole thing. We do this so you can be sure a tool fits your needs before you spend a cent, which is why we don't offer change-of-mind refunds after purchase.
When we'll make it right
If any of the following happen, contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll repair the issue or give you a refund:
- Your download link never arrived.
- The file won't open, is corrupted, or doesn't work as described.
- You were charged more than once for the same item.
How to ask
Email littlesums@yahoo.com with your order details, or reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and merchant of record, back to your original payment method.
